Refund Eligibility
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our hosting services. To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The service purchased must be canceled.
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@divihoster.com with your refund request and the reason for the refund. Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Exceptions
There are certain situations where refunds may not be granted:
- If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date.
- If the service has been used excessively or in violation of our terms of service.
- If the request does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
